1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy products from onthisplay.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your order are those in force when you place it.

3. Our products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of screen settings, lighting and the characteristics of 3D-printed materials. Minor variations in finish are not necessarily faults.

Please check the product description and installation information before ordering and follow all supplied instructions.

4. Placing an order

You can review and correct your order before making payment.

Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed between you and us, when your payment is successfully completed.

We will send an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide. The confirmation will include your order details, these terms and your cancellation information in a format you can save for future reference. You do not need to wait for any further acceptance from us.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order because of a production problem, an incorrect price or description, a delivery restriction or suspected fraud, we will contact you promptly and provide a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown before you pay.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

Products are normally dispatched within three working days. Any estimated delivery window shown during checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days after accepting it.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

If delivery is delayed because of an event outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If the delay is likely to be substantial, you may end the contract and receive a refund for products you have not received.

The product becomes your responsibility when it is delivered to you or to a person you nominate.

7. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the product. If one order is delivered in separate instalments, the period ends 14 days after the last item is received.

To cancel, email hello@onthisplay.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

After telling us you are cancelling, you must return the product within 14 days. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. Refunds following cancellation

If you cancel within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund:

• the price paid for the returned product; and
• any standard delivery charge you paid.

We do not have to refund any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery option.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence that you sent it back. If no goods were supplied, we will refund you within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund fee.

9. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal purpose and as described. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or misdescribed, contact hello@onthisplay.co.uk with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the problem.

You may have a statutory 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods and receive a refund. After that period, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, in some circumstances, a price reduction or final right to reject. We will pay reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed.

10. Installation and safe use

You are responsible for checking that the installation location and wall type are suitable and for using appropriate fixings, tools and installation methods.

Follow all instructions supplied with the product. If you are unsure about installation, obtain help from a suitably qualified person.

Do not use a damaged product or use the product for a purpose other than its intended purpose.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, for business losses suffered by a consumer, or for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings, misuse or failure to follow instructions, except where the law provides otherwise.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. Your rights regarding substantial delays remain unaffected.

13. How we use personal information

We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available through the Privacy link on the website.

14. Complaints

Please send complaints to hello@onthisplay.co.uk. We will try to resolve them promptly.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from using any alternative dispute-resolution service or other remedy available to you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the Scottish or English courts. If you live in England or Wales, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

16. Other important terms

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the remaining parts will continue in effect.

If we delay enforcing these terms, we may still enforce them later.

The contract is between you and us. No other person has a right to enforce it.
