Shipping

Where we deliver

We currently deliver only to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We are not able to ship elsewhere at the moment.

Dispatch and delivery times

Our products are printed in small batches and are normally dispatched within three working days.

Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days after accepting it.

Any delivery window shown during checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown before you pay, so you always see the total cost before completing your order.

Delays and address errors

Please email hello@onthisplay.co.uk promptly if your order is delayed or if you notice an error in your delivery address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
