Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order and transaction information, correspondence, contact-form messages, and technical information such as your device, browser, IP address and website usage.

Our payment provider processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

How and why we use it

We use personal information:

• to process, confirm, deliver and manage orders and returns, because this is necessary to perform our contract with you;
• to answer questions, provide customer service, prevent fraud, secure and improve the website, and keep appropriate business records, based on our legitimate interests;
• to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations; and
• to send marketing only where we have consent or another lawful basis. You can opt out at any time.

Who receives it

We share information only where necessary with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, communicate with customers and deliver orders, including Stripe and relevant delivery providers. We may also share it with professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts or public authorities where necessary. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements. Different records have different retention periods. We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
